Our Story
Sólar was founded in 2002 by Einar Ólafsson and has since grown to become one of the largest cleaning companies in the country. The company has always been owned by the same family and from day one the core of the company has been a personnel policy based on positive feedback, respect and good working spirit. In 2007, Sólar was the first cleaning company in Iceland to be awarded the prestigious Nordic environmental certification Svanurinn.
